Commercial Plumbing Installer - Seattle, WA | $60-$72/hr BOE

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Commercial/Industrial Plumbing Installer in the Seattle, Washington area for Comfort Systems Northwest, a leading commercial mechanical contractor known for delivering high-quality plumbing and mechanical construction projects. If you're a licensed Washington Journeyman Plumber looking for steady work, excellent pay, and the opportunity to lead a small crew while working on challenging commercial and industrial projects, we'd like to speak with you.

This is a full-time position offering $60-$72 per hour based on experience, along with the opportunity to work with an established team that values safety, craftsmanship, and professional growth.

What You'll Do

  • Install commercial and industrial plumbing systems on new construction and renovation projects.
  • Read and interpret plumbing blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Utilize Bluebeam and Procore to review drawings, document progress, and coordinate project information.
  • Lead and mentor a small crew while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
  • Coordinate daily work activities with project management, general contractors, and other trades.
  • Ensure installations meet applicable plumbing codes, project specifications, and company quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite while following OSHA and company safety requirements.
  • Identify and resolve field issues while communicating effectively with project leadership.

What You Bring

  • Current Washington PL01 Journeyman Plumber License (required).
  • OSHA 10 certification.
  • 2-5 years of Journeyman commercial or industrial plumbing experience.
  • Previous experience leading or directing a small field crew a plus.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret plumbing blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Working knowledge of Bluebeam and Procore.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and dependable attendance.

Location & Schedule

Based in Seattle, Washington, this is a full-time position supporting commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the greater Seattle market. Standard construction hours apply, with overtime available as project demands require.
