This role focuses on delivering responsive service, managing client requests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments.Primary ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channelsAddress and resolve service issues, discrepancies, and order concerns in a timely mannerEnter and update customer information, transactions, and service requests within internal systemsPartner with operations, logistics, and billing teams to coordinate timely resolutionsMonitor account activity and proactively follow up on open items or outstanding requestsAssist with order tracking, status updates, and delivery coordinationMaintain organized records of customer interactions and case detailsSupport general administrative and operational tasks as needed
