Job Description:
We are seeking various positions for Administrative Assistant, Front Desk, Coordinator positions to join our team at a distribution center in Miami, Medley, Miami Gardens area. These roles are ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors and customers
- Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, emails)
- Maintain office organization and support daily operations
- Provide excellent customer service at the front desk
Requirements:
- Previous administrative or office experience
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
- Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
