Job Description:

We are seeking various positions for Administrative Assistant, Front Desk, Coordinator positions to join our team at a distribution center in Miami, Medley, Miami Gardens area. These roles are ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet and assist visitors and customers
  • Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, emails)
  • Maintain office organization and support daily operations
  • Provide excellent customer service at the front desk

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative or office experience
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
