Duties
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform data entry using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software to ensure records are up-to-date
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries professionally, and direct calls appropriately
- Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, handling mail distribution, and managing office supplies
- Proofread documents for clarity, accuracy, and proper formatting before distribution
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization to promote a productive work environment
- Offer customer service support by responding promptly to inquiries and providing helpful information in person or over the phone
