Silver Lining Serenity Care LLC is hiring caregivers in and around Battle Creek to provide one-on-one care for seniors and adults in the comfort of their own homes. We support families throughout Battle Creek, Springfield, Emmett Township, Marshall, Augusta, and nearby Calhoun County communities. If you bring at least a year of caregiving experience and genuinely enjoy working with the elderly — whether your background is HHA, CNA, or PCA — we want to hear from you. Multiple shifts are available, so you can work close to home on a schedule that suits you.

What you'll do:

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Help with mobility, transfers, and gentle exercise

Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

Provide medication reminders

Handle light housekeeping, laundry, and errands

Offer companionship and genuine emotional support

Observe and report any changes in the client's condition

What we're looking for:

Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience

A caring, patient nature and a genuine enjoyment of working with the elderly

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check

What we offer:

$15 - $19 per hour
