This position provides support to the team and clients in the Company’s Phoenix and Scottsdale offices. Daily interactions with the team, clients, and others are to support the process of delivering the highest quality professional services in assisting clients with their financial, business and tax matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in incoming and outgoing telephone calls to clients as a professional representative of the Company to obtain documents and information needed in providing professional services to the Company’s clients
  • Engage in the preparation of email communications to clients as a professional representative of the Company to obtain documents and information needed in providing professional services to the Company’s clients
  • Prepare and process electronic documents as an integral part of a structured and efficient paperless work environment
  • Interpret information provided by clients in the context of preparing business accounting that results in the highest quality financial reporting results
  • Interpret information provided by clients in the context of preparing income tax reporting that results in the highest quality tax reporting results
  • Prepare annual accounting for business clients from information provided by client including the preparation of adjustments to an accounting controlled by the client
  • Utilize the Company’s practice management system to support an accurate and efficient paperless work environment
  • Assist the Owner with technology and management projects to support best practices in providing the highest quality professional services to clients
  • Perform other professional duties and tasks at the direction of the Owner in providing the highest quality professional services to clients
  • Daily interaction with team members in the context of providing professional services to clients

Education and Relevant Work Experience:

  • College-level education (four-year accounting education and degree)
  • Experience in a public accounting firm environment
  • Experience in preparing a business accounting for business entities

Leadership Qualities and Intangible Skills Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) for interactions with team members and clients
  • Teamwork driven

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
