Senior Auto Technician

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Auto Technician to perform advanced diagnostics, repair, and maintenance across a wide range of vehicles and systems. In this on-site role, you’ll use modern diagnostic tools, OEM information, and your deep technical expertise to resolve complex drivability, electrical, engine, transmission, brake, and HVAC issues. You’ll lead by example on safety and quality, support junior technicians through coaching and training, and collaborate with service advisors to ensure accurate estimates and timely repair completion. You will help shape innovative service processes that reflect Cox Automotive’s people-first, tech-forward culture.
