The Social Worker, Care Manager Behavioral Health will evaluate member needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain an optimal wellness state. This position will guide members and their families toward resources appropriate for their care and wellbeing. This position will work with the behavioral health panels for utilization management as well as provide fieldwork outside of the office setting. This individual will collaborate with our mental health providers to promote members’ compliance with treatment regimes.
