Job Summary Intern supports day‑to‑day manufacturing and production activities while gaining hands‑on experience in a factory or operations environment.
The role focuses on learning standard production processes, safety practices, and quality requirements while contributing to operational efficiency.
Education & Experience Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate program in a relevant field.
Prior academic, project, or internship exposure is an advantage but not mandatory.
Responsibilities Supports daily shop‑floor and production activities by following standard operating procedures, safety, and quality guidelines.
Assists production teams in meeting output targets, performs basic data recording and housekeeping tasks, and participates in training, continuous improvement, and problem‑solving activities while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Skills & Abilities Willingness to learn and follow instructions, basic teamwork and communication skills, attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a production or shop‑floor environment.
Basic problem‑solving, adaptability, and time‑management skills are also important.
