Are you an HVAC or maintenance professional who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to support a prestigious, high-profile facility in the Versailles/Frankfort area.

This is more than a maintenance positionit's an opportunity to become the trusted onsite expert. You'll work directly with site leadership, maintain critical building systems, and help create a first-class experience for employees and guests.

What You'll Do• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety systems.

• Complete preventative maintenance (approximately 80% of the role) while responding to maintenance requests as needed.
• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and maintain facility equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Monitor building systems, document equipment readings, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors while ensuring quality workmanship.
• Support overall facility appearance, including light housekeeping and assisting with landscaping coordination when needed.
• Build strong relationships with onsite leadership through regular communication and outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For• Experience in HVAC, facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or residential service.

• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and "white glove" customer service skills with a hospitality mindset.
• Comfortable working independently after training while partnering with a remote support team.
• Experience using CMMS or work order management systems is a plus.
• Universal EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain after hire).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus.
