About Us

Georgia Landscape Contracting, Inc. is seeking reliable and hardworking Landscaping Crew Members to join our growing team in the Metro Atlanta area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and are interested in building a long-term career in the landscaping industry.

We are looking for dependable team members with positive attitudes who are coachable, motivated, and ready to grow within a team-focused environment.

Pay

• $15.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule

• Full-time
• Four 10-hour shifts
• Monday - Thursday
• Friday used as makeup/weather day when needed
• Optional overtime opportunities available on Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance and landscaping duties
• Assist with mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and weed control
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Support crew leaders with daily job completion
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow company safety standards and procedures
• Work as part of a team to complete assigned projects
• Load and unload landscaping materials and equipment as needed

Qualifications

• Landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to work in a physically active environment
• Ability to work well with a team

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to perform the essential job functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation. Duties may include lifting, standing, walking, bending, operating equipment, and working outdoors throughout the shift in varying weather conditions.
