Job Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in patients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings Provide therapy focused on speech, cognition, and dysphagia management Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards Requirements Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California Current BLS/CPR certification Minimum of 6 months of recent SLP experience within the last 5 years (preferred) Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or geriatric setting is a plus Strong clinical and communication skills Benefits Competitive compensation package Continuing Education (CE) reimbursement Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patient recovery and quality of life
