Position: Residential Custodian & Groundskeeper (Tue–Sat)

Mac Properties is seeking a Custodian for the Hyde Park area in Chicago with a pay rate of $18/hour. The candidate must have a valid driver's license and vehicle. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in common areas and assisting in making apartments rent-ready.

This role requires physical activity, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate restricted spaces. Previous janitorial experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
