HVAC Installer

We're seeking a well-rounded and experienced HVAC installer. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and be familiar with both new construction and retrofit installations. We do a little commercial and residential so it would be best if you have some experience with both.

We offer very competitive base pay depending upon experience! We are a small company that will not treat you like a number. As a result we are able to be understanding and flexible.

As an employee, you can expect us to provide a van and fuel card immediately (dependent on skills and driving record, there is a background check). Medical benefits will be available after your first 90 days as well (also negotiable).

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Interpret and work from schematics and technical drawings to execute installations accurately.
• Conduct routine inspections and service calls to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues.
• Collaborate with construction teams to integrate HVAC systems into building designs.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations while handling refrigerants and other materials.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding HVAC systems.
• There may be on call service opportunities to earn additional income.
• We do pay a generous commission for employee provided leads whether working as a service technician or installer capacity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
