Job Description
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Produce estimates and budgets (PMs handle preconstruction duties)
- Coordinate clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Drive schedule, cost, quality, and project profitability

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor (flexible for strong candidates)
- Estimating experience required
- Ground-up commercial construction experience
- Automotive dealership experience highly preferred
- Experience in retail, industrial, warehouse, or aviation projects is a plus
