Art Teacher Position Details:

• Start Date: 08/10/2026
• Hours: Full-Time 37.5 Hours
• Contract Duration: Full School Year
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Pay Rate: $26-32 per hour (Based on Experience)

Art Teacher Responsibilities:

• Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and growth.
• Providing differentiated instruction and adapting teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Assessing and monitoring student progress, documenting achievements, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with other teachers, specialists, and parents to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
• Utilizing a variety of instructional techniques, materials, and resources to enhance student learning and engagement.
• Monitoring and addressing students' social-emotional development, behavior management, and self-regulation skills.

Art Teacher Qualifications:

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid teaching certificate or credential

Licensure:

Preferred license to least preferred

1. 5 Year Professional License in subject/grade group

2. Resident Educator License in subject/grade

3. Alternative Resident Educator License• (Must have degree in subject they want to do (Math, Science, etc.)

4. Educator Unlimited Sub License

a. Major in education related field
