We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Data & Analytics and deep domain expertise in the Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Devices industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional data transformation programs and managing complex multi-vendor delivery environments while partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data & Analytics programs across Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices organizations.
Manage complex multi-vendor and multi-partner engagements, ensuring alignment across business, technology, analytics, and operations teams.
Serve as the primary liaison between client leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams, driving program governance, planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineering, analytics, data science, reporting, and business functions to ensure successful program delivery.
Track program milestones, dependencies, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery risks to achieve business objectives.
Leverage deep understanding of Life Sciences data ecosystems, including Veeva, IQVIA (PlanTrak, LAAD, PE, Xponent), and Real-World Data sources such as TriNetX, Flatiron, Optum, and Komodo.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into analytics roadmaps, data products, and actionable solutions.
Present analytics strategies, program updates, and solution recommendations to senior business stakeholders, demonstrating business impact and value realization.
Facilitate solution design and delivery discussions across analytics, data science, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Lead and oversee analytics initiatives involving patient, claims, sales, CRM, market research, and commercial datasets within the Life Sciences domain.
