Iowa Licensed Nurse Case Manager

To support injured employees in their recovery, the full-time remote Iowa Licensed Nurse Case Manager will evaluate and expedite medical treatment, manage disability cases, and collaborate closely with claims and medical teams. Key responsibilities Complete initial assessment reports and develop case management plans while establishing disability duration timeframes Analyze medical records against treatment guidelines and communicate findings to adjusters for medical action plan development Collaborate with stakeholders to manage the recovery and early return to work process effectively Required qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; BSN preferred 3 years of experience in Workers' Compensation Case Management preferred Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification, CDMS, and/or CRRN preferred Proficiency with MS Office products Willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed; compact license preferred
