Medical Front Desk Receptionist at Reproductive Wellness

Reproductive Wellness in San Diego, CA is looking for one medical front desk to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.

We are a patient-oriented Integrative and functional Medical Practice in Mission Valley. We are looking for a detail and task-oriented, energetic, caring, positive, and people-oriented team player for a FRONT DESK position. You MUST be friendly, outgoing, comfortable, and confident speaking with people. You must be willing to work hard, be able to quickly learn and demonstrate many new procedures, manage many tasks at once, and be able to produce measurable results. This position requires someone who is well organized, manages their time well, and is capable of thinking on their feet and making common-sense decisions.

Most importantly, we want someone who has a desire to help people!!

Job responsibilities include:

1. Phone management

2. Patient admissions and records

3. Checking patients in and out, taking payments, turning rooms over, opening and closing clinic

4. Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate many new procedures

We are looking for someone long-term, to grow into the position, so please do not apply if you are looking for short-term work. You must have reliable transportation and be willing to work in

Mission Valley.

Job Type: Part-time (25+hr per week)

Salary: $18-19 an hour
