In-Home Sales Rep — Uncapped Commission (Pre-Set Leads)

Evolve Egress & Exteriors | Cincinnati / Dayton | Full-time

We generate the leads. You run the appointments and close.

No cold calling. No door knocking. No prospecting. Just 10–20 pre-set, qualified appointments a week with homeowners who asked to see us. You show up, build trust, and close. Paid training to start, then uncapped commission paid weekly.

What you'll earn

  • Expected $110,000–$200,000+ per year, based on real lead volume and deal sizes, not hype
  • Paid training while you learn the product and process — you won't starve while you ramp
  • After ramp: uncapped commission, paid weekly. No caps, no ceiling.

What the job looks like

  • Run 10–20 pre-set, confirmed in-home appointments per week
  • Meet with homeowners, understand what they need, present the right solution and pricing, and help them decide — usually in one visit
  • Measure and scope the project so our in-house crews can build it cleanly
  • Log your appointment outcomes in our CRM and follow our proven sales process
  • Preferred schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (Sunday and Monday off)

Requirements

  • Face-to-face sales experience (not phone-only or digital-only)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to commute throughout the greater Cincinnati / Dayton area
  • In-home or consultative sales experience strongly preferred
