Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as cleaning and cooking
• Observe and monitor patients’ health status by taking vital signs and reporting changes promptly

Experience

• Prior experience in home health or long-term care environments is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with disabilities or cognitive impairments such as dementia or Alzheimer’s disease
• Experience using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) or EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems for documentation and patient tracking
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to patient care and caregiving procedures
• Certification in CPR is required; additional certifications like medication administration or hospice care are a plus
• Previous roles involving senior care, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care settings will strengthen your application

HHA must have all required documents and certificates as per HR policy.
