This position begins within our Leasing & Relocation Division, where you'll learn sales, client service, housing navigation, lead generation, relationship building, negotiation, and business development skills that serve as the foundation for a successful real estate career.

For non-licensed candidates, this role provides a clear pathway toward obtaining a Colorado real estate license and advancing into residential real estate sales.

For licensed candidates, this role serves as a development platform that combines leasing activity, mentorship, and residential sales opportunities to accelerate real estate career growth.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with apartment and housing searches
• Conduct housing consultations
• Match clients with communities that fit their goals and budget
• Build relationships with property partners throughout Denver
• Learn lead generation and sales fundamentals
• Participate in coaching and development programs
• Develop business-building skills applicable to real estate sales
• Collaborate with the RealHaus team on community initiatives and events
