Pay: $18/hr | Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Make Ready Technician to support an apartment community in Greensboro, NC (27407). This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in preparing units for new residents and ensuring the property is clean, functional, and move‑in ready.

Responsibilities

• Complete unit turns and prepare apartments for new move‑ins
• Perform basic repairs including painting, patching, minor plumbing, and minor electrical
• Install, troubleshoot, or repair appliances as needed
• Ensure units meet cleanliness and quality standards before occupancy
• Assist maintenance staff with work orders when needed
• Maintain tools, supplies, and a clean work environment

Requirements

• Previous make‑ready or apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks and use basic hand tools
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
