Job Summary

A PT-owned outpatient orthopedic clinic in Boca Raton, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to help deliver practical, goal-based therapy services. In this position, you will work with patients as they complete treatment activities designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and daily function.

This is a full-time opportunity with schedule flexibility, strong benefits, and a patient volume of 2 patients per hour .

Job Details

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience

Schedule: 4-day schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office

Patient Volume: 1–2 patients per hour

Clinic: PT-owned

Responsibilities

Follow treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist

Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional tasks

Provide instruction on movement, posture, and exercise technique

Observe patient response and communicate updates to the PT

Help progress patients through treatment activities as appropriate

Keep treatment spaces clean, prepared, and safe

Complete treatment documentation in a timely manner

Encourage patient participation and consistency during sessions
