Outside Sales Representative

Our client is a major American‑owned industrial distributor seeking an Outside Sales Rep to sell a full line of adhesives, abrasives, tapes, labeling, safety, and engineered solutions—products from top manufacturers. The territory is local, with no overnight travel and established business already in place.

Highlights: • Base + commissions supported by inherited accounts (typically $80–110K depending on experience) • Car allowance ($650–750) • Additional 10–20% upside in year one through territory growth

Ideal background:

• 3+ years outside sales experience • Experience calling on Marine industry
• Selling adhesives, tapes, sealants, labels, abrasives, or engineered solutions
• Exposure to VMI, vending, or programmatic supply chain solutions • Strong new business development + ability to expand existing accounts
• Experience getting products specified in is a plus • Bachelor’s degree
