Compensation: $80,000-$90,000K, plus bonus

Location: Washington, DC | Hybrid (Remote Mon & Fri)

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team in delivering exceptional service to our portfolio of condominium association clients. In this role, you will work collaboratively alongside our client services team, serving as the go-to expert for complex issues and escalated requests that require a higher level of expertise, judgment, and problem-solving. From navigating owner and vendor relationships to coordinating major building projects and creating a thoughtful budget, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the trust and satisfaction of the communities we serve. What You'll Do

Maintenance & Property Operations

Project-manage a full spectrum of maintenance activities; routine upkeep, repairs, emergency response, and large capital improvement projects, from kickoff through completion

Conduct on-site property inspections, meet vendors on location, and troubleshoot issues proactively

Own and continuously improve SOPs for core maintenance processes to drive a better client experience

Financial & Association Management

Prepare and present annual budgets for multiple properties to boards of directors

Produce monthly management reports, site inspection reports, and annual meeting materials

Lead associations' annual meetings and guide boards toward efficient, well-informed decisions

Ensure compliance with condominium association governing documents

Vendor & Client Relations

Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; facilitate competitive bidding as required

Onboard and manage a growing portfolio of condo association clients

Serve as the primary point of contact for boards; proactive, clear, and solutions-oriented
