About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Professional to be the first point of contact for our clients. You'll answer questions, solve problems, and make sure every customer has a great experience. If you enjoy helping people and want to grow your skills in a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Help customers by phone, email, and chat with questions about products, services, billing, and accounts
  • Make follow-up calls to check in, gather feedback, or share new offerings
  • Enter and update information accurately in our CRM and other software
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions carefully
  • Keep clear, detailed records of customer interactions
  • Spot common issues and share ideas to improve the customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • A positive, professional, customer-first attitude
  • Comfortable using computers, customer support tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required
  • Call center or outbound calling experience is helpful, but we'll train the right person

Pay: $950.00 - $1,250.00 per week
