The role supports budgeting, forecasting, actuals reporting, variance analysis, long range planning, and capital project evaluation. It also works across the business to develop and validate investment business cases, support portfolio prioritization, and provide financial reporting and analysis for strategic decision-making.Job DutiesAssist in preparation, review, and consolidation of the annual operating and capital budgets and long range planningPartner with business partners to help move the needleAssist with monthly capital and expense tracking, forecasting, and variance analysisPrepare monthly reporting, variance analysis, and communicate monthly results to department heads and project ownersPrepare the monthly accounting close, including accruals and journal entriesReview Capital Expenditure Requests, including NPV modelingCommunicate and partner with Tech Finance Leads to manage operational budgets, model business scenarios, and build transparency and accuracyAnalyze and monitor financial and operational trends using data from multiple sourcesManage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment with a high level of accuracySupport ad hoc analysis, including corporate finance team requests and broader Tech organization needsSpecific Details to call attention to.This role is finance-heavy and not just reporting supportMedia/entertainment or technology-facing experience is a plus, not requiredExcel and PowerPoint are key toolsSAP, Oracle, TM1, and Longview are all nice-to-have system experiencesThe role requires strong partnership with business and finance leadersCandidate should be comfortable with budgeting, forecasting, close, and capital analysis**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
