Job Description: We are looking for an experienced area supervisor to manage and oversee a multi-property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and possess a strong ability to exercise initiative, independent analysis, and judgment in managing complex administrative and managerial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize independent analysis and judgment to handle difficult administrative and managerial tasks.
Demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, property management software, email, internet, and ILS.
Communicate effectively with property owners, employees, and vendors.
Work with property budgets and comprehend financial statements.
Assist with recruiting activities and managing on-site personnel.
Support on-site teams to achieve occupancy levels as per owner/budget expectations.
Conduct on-site inspections.
Provide conflict resolution.
Must have the ability to travel, will require out of town travel.
Travel expenses paid.
