Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients as directed by their healthcare provider.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as recommended.
• Monitor and document clients' health status, tracking their progress diligently.
• Assist clients with daily living activities to foster independence and comfort.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare team members.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid LPN license.
• Successful completion of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, ideally in a home health or community setting.
• Current CPR certification (online certifications are not accepted).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Able to perform physical tasks related to patient care.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different client locations.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check successfully.
