Position: Recruiting order-Forklift driver- DO NOT FILL

We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Drivers to join our team. All 3 shifts!

Raleigh/Durham area.

The Forklift Driver will be responsible for safely operating material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Move raw materials, finished goods, and inventory throughout the facility.
• Stage materials for production and shipping departments.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Inspect forklifts daily and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Experience operating sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, or clamp truck preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Basic computer and inventory system experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance record.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as required.
• Ability to work in warehouse or manufacturing environments with varying temperatures.
