VP Total Rewards

The Vice President, Total Rewards - Americas is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and management of the company’s total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits and recognition. This role will ensure that the organization’s total rewards strategies are competitive, sustainable, scalable, and aligned with the company’s business goals. This individual works with senior leadership to attract, motivate, and retain top talent while promoting a culture of fairness, equity, and performance.
