What You'll Be Doing as a Handyman:

Maintain the grounds and assist the groundskeeper on daily basis

Preparation of vacant units for occupancy

Trouble shooting and completion of any work orders within Maintenance Technician's abilities and making management aware of any outside maintenance vendor needs

Care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company. (Reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents

Cleaning work area, tools and equipment

Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times

Thorough knowledge of management company policies and community policies

Seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development

Securing the maintenance shop(s) at the close of every work day

Available Shifts:

Shift timings- 1st Shift (Day)
