We operate multiple “galleys” on the Great Lakes Naval Base that serve over 9 million meals per year. Hourly wage rate is $17.75. Along with employer provided benefits including medical, dental, vision and more!

We truly value our employees and the diversity they bring to our workplace! As a Food Service Worker, you will be responsible for serving meals for Navy recruits, sailors, students and staff. Food Service Workers also perform various other responsibilities which include, but aren’t limited to, maintaining dining room cleanliness, scullery work (automated dishwasher), ID checker, transporting food from kitchen to serving line, and salad bar attendant.
