General Laborer
The General Construction Laborer works independently as well as part of a team in various aspects of construction. This full-time position has opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials
Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
Load and unload materials and supplies
Maintain cleanliness of job site
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
Perform other duties as assigned
Any additional tasks or projects assigned by their supervisor
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in construction
Ability to read and understand project plans and instructions
Knowledge of various construction tools and equipment
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Successful candidates must complete a drug screening and background check prior to employment
