Barista - Crieve Hall

We are seeking part-time baristas to join the Surefire Coffee Co. team at our Crieve Hall location!

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently - providing an exceptional experience.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food.
• Opening and closing duties
• Keep the coffee bar and surrounding areas clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Participate in training sessions and continuously seek opportunities to improve.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista or service industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Availability to work flexible hours - specifically looking for baristas with availability on Saturdays and Sundays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a busy and sometimes noisy environment.
• Naturally occurring hair colors

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour
