Position Summary
U.S. Submergent Technologies is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support the growth of our operations throughout the Florida market. This role is responsible for generating qualified leads, developing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth across our core service lines. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable engaging with both new and existing clients in a technical services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities within targeted Florida markets
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and digital outreach to build a strong sales pipeline
Qualify leads and coordinate handoff to field sales or operations teams as appropriate
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect and client information
Develop and maintain relationships with municipal, industrial, and commercial clients
Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to align sales efforts with company goals
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and bid support documentation
Follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads in a timely manner
Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation and conversion rates
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regional market conditions
