Regents Park at Aventura is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to oversee financial and administrative operations within the facility.
This role is responsible for managing billing, collections, resident accounts, and overall business office functions. The ideal candidate understands the financial systems and reimbursement structure within the skilled nursing environment and can maintain accuracy while supporting residents, families, and facility leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the facility business office
- Manage Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay billing processes
- Maintain resident trust accounts and financial records
- Coordinate with Admissions and Social Services regarding payer sources
- Ensure accurate billing, collections, and account reconciliation
- Communicate with residents and families regarding billing and payment matters
- Maintain compliance with state and federal billing regulations
Qualifications
- Prior Business Office Manager experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing
- Experience with resident accounts and trust fund management
- Strong organizational and financial management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
