The Oracle DBA Manager is the organization’s utmost senior hands-on Oracle database resource and primary Oracle DBA, responsible for daily administration, support, reliability, performance, security, backup/recovery, and lifecycle management of Oracle databases and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). This is not a primarily administrative management role; it is a hands-on senior technical role first, with supervisory responsibility for the Oracle DBA team and oversight of outside consultants.
