This leadership position is key to developing people strategy, managing HR operations, and enhancing workplace culture. You will oversee talent acquisition, employee experience, and compliance, ensuring alignment with their mission to Raise the Standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the People & Culture function and drive people strategy.
- Develop and maintain fair, consistent HR policies and procedures.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Administer benefits, payroll, and compliance programs.
- Ensure legal compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Handle employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee performance management and employee development processes.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports.
- Conduct exit interviews and support retention efforts.
- Support company events that strengthen culture and engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive human resources experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations with practical application experience.
- Proven experience managing compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Skilled in full-cycle recruiting, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Environment
- Full-time, on-site position (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.).
- Occasional evening or additional hours may be required.
