We are seeking dedicated Emergency Medical Technicians who are passionate about providing high-quality service and advanced patient care to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate each emergency situation to determine the appropriate course of action by utilizing advanced paramedic protocols.
• Employ necessary medical equipment and procedures, including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen devices, and intravenous fluids to ensure optimal patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing reassurance and clarity during medical emergencies.
• Lead the paramedic team and manage the scene and unit as required.
• Respond to 911 incidents by safely driving an ambulance.
• Collaborate professionally with all healthcare and public safety personnel, in addition to fellow EMTs.
• Engage in community outreach programs to foster strong relationships and enhance the image of AMR.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid Paramedic License
• Current Driver's License
• BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic certification
• Driving record that meets company standards
• Successfully pass the Physical Agility Test
• Some experience in healthcare is preferred

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to pass the Physical Agility Test
• Good physical stamina and conditioning to perform duties, which may include lifting and carrying equipment and patients.
