What This Role Is

This is a sales role that happens to involve inspections — not the other way around.

We’re looking for a licensed inspector who is motivated, self-driven, and hungry to earn. You’ll build relationships with real estate professionals, carry a full inspection schedule, and be expected to convert your findings into signed work orders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 3 or more residential and light commercial termite inspections per day
• Identify termite activity, wood damage, and conducive conditions
• Present findings to homeowners and close treatment and repair proposals on-site
• Prepare detailed field notes for office staff to complete final inspection reports
• Sell annual termite policies and pest control service agreements
• Build and maintain working relationships with realtors and property managers
• Follow up on unsold inspections and warm leads
• Represent the company professionally at every job

What We’re Looking For

• Active California Structural Pest Control Branch 3 license required; Branch 2 and 3 preferred
• Valid California driver’s license required
• Proven track record of closing sales — not just completing inspections
• Comfortable presenting proposals directly to homeowners and decision-makers
• Self-motivated, reliable, and professional in appearance and communication
• Experience with real estate escrow inspections is a strong plus

Compensation

This is a merit-based position. Strong performers earn significantly more.

• Base salary: $52,000 to $60,000 depending on experience and licensure
• Performance-based commission on closed job revenue
• Bonus per signed annual termite policy
• Bonus per verified 5-star Google review
• Monthly sales performance bonuses
• On-target earnings for strong closers: $75,000 to $95,000 or more

Full compensation structure is discussed during the interview process.

Schedule and Details

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Occasional Saturday availability is a plus
• Company vehicle provided for inspections
• Service area: Santa Monica to Yucaipa, south to South Orange County
