What You'll Do

Manage a substantial family law caseload from inception through resolution

Represent clients in Probate and Family Court proceedings

Conduct hearings, trials, motions, and settlement conferences

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda

Negotiate favorable settlements and parenting agreements

Develop case strategies and advise clients regarding risk, cost, and likely outcomes

Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and firm leadership

Maintain accurate and timely billing practices

Provide exceptional client communication and service throughout representation
