G MASS are working with a leading provider of regulatory reporting technology and consulting services, supporting banks, brokers, hedge funds, asset managers, insurers and corporates in meeting their global transaction reporting obligations through a cloud based, cross regulation platform.
The firm's transaction reporting managed services function is growing, and this role sits at the centre of that expansion. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for the end to end management of client transaction reporting workflows, acting as the key point of contact between clients, internal technology teams and compliance stakeholders. This is a client facing leadership role covering regimes such as EMIR, MiFID, ASIC, CFTC, SEC and SFTR, and offers broad exposure across legal, compliance, technology and client facing functions within a fast moving regulatory environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team supporting clients across their transaction reporting requirements
Own client enquiries and requests, ensuring efficient and timely resolution
Support clients in understanding platform functionality and resolving day to day reporting issues
Take part in client training sessions and site visits
Escalate issues promptly and track them through to resolution
Support validation and UAT activity relating to issue resolution
Drive operational strategy, automation and data quality initiatives across the managed services function
Manage client specific projects and deliverables
Act as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
