Senior Real Estate Accountant

Looking to transition out of Public Accounting? This is a great job to consider. Our growing, well-known real estate/financial services client is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their team.

What you will be doing:

• Assisting preparing monthly financials and workbooks
• Variance and trend analysis for assigned portfolio
• Month end close, reconciliations and monthly executive workbooks

What they are looking for:

• 2 years experience within large public accounting firm, looking to transition into the real estate industry
• CPA a plus
• Real Estate clients are a preferred
