We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and resourceful professional to join our established, family-owned property management company as a Operations Coordinator / Executive Support Specialist.

Property management experience is helpful but not required. We can teach the industry; we are looking for someone with exceptional judgment, strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to solve problems independently.

This dynamic role combines customer service, leasing, executive support, daily operations property inspections. It is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and continuous learning.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support, including scheduling, coordination, and task management
  • Conduct research and resolve complex issues with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, homeowners, vendors, and prospective residents.
  • Assist with leasing activities, resident relations, property inspections, and day-to-day property management operations
  • Organize and maintain internal systems, documentation, and knowledge bases
  • Support overall office operations and ensure efficiency across workflows

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and confidentially
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Education:

  • BACHELOR’S DEGREE FROM AN ACCREDITED FOUR-YEAR INSTITUTION REQUIRED

Experience:

  • Demonstrated career stability and a consistent work history
  • Prior experience in executive support, operations, customer service, property management, or a related field preferred but not required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
