To support compliance efforts, the full-time California Licensed SCHIP Account Manager will manage client relationships, ensure adherence to Medicare Secondary Payer regulations, and coordinate reporting with CMS while working onsite. Key responsibilities Attends new client implementation meetings to advise on SCHIP Section 111 Reporting requirements and assists with RRE registration Monitors client reporting with CMS, addresses errors, and resubmits files as necessary Participates in the development of training materials and provides training alongside the Medicare Compliance Director Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Insurance, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in the Medicare Secondary Payer space, including Section 111 Mandatory Insurance Reporting 5+ years of client interfacing experience Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
