Hotel Royal Oak is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our boutique hotel during overnight hours. Your primary responsibility will be to perform auditing and accounting tasks to support the financial operations of the hotel while providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities

Complete end-of-day accounting processes and financial reporting

Balance and reconcile hotel revenues and charges

Verify the accuracy of guest folios, charges, and payments

Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and relevant departments

Process and manage guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction

Monitor and maintain the security of the hotel during overnight hours

Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
