Senior Tax Accountant

Tax Senior (HNW) w/ Financial Services (RIA) Firm - St. Louis, MO (Hybrid)

Our client is a well-established (four decades) Nationally Recognized Fee-Only Registered Investment Advisor Firm who are performing a select search for a talented Tax Senior (HNW expert) to join their team on a Flex-Hybrid Schedule (see hours below) at their St Louis, MO headquarters.

The firm provides comprehensive, holistic financial planning and investment advisory services for individuals, families, business owners, non-profit and institutional clients.

Benefits:

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
• Bonus: Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) Bonus Program paid on an annual schedule.

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling and hybrid work supported by advanced technologies
• Normal Season: 40 hours per week
• Busy Season: 50-60 hours per week

Qualifications:

• CPA licensed or pursuing (at least 2 exams passed)
• 3+ years of experience including frequent client interaction and management experience
• Good Tenure coming from a reputable CPA Firm, RIA Firm, or Family Office
