What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Prospect & Canvas: Go door-to-door in hail- and wind-affected neighborhoods, introduce our brand, and set free roof inspection appointments.
- Inspect & Educate: Perform drone or on-roof storm-damage inspections, document findings, and explain repair vs. replacement options to homeowners.
- Estimate & Close: Create proposals, negotiate with homeowners and insurance adjusters, and secure signed contracts for roof replacement, repair, and upgrade projects.
- Project Manage: Build material order, attend build day, ensure quality standards, and keep customers informed until final walkthrough.
- Social Selling: Capture before/after photos, short videos, and customer testimonials to post on social media—company marketing amplifies your content.
- Continuous Learning: Attend manufacturer webinars, lunch-and-learns, and sales trainings to stay sharp on products, codes, and compliance.
Ideal Candidate (Skills & Qualifications)
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Outside sales, roofing sales, construction sales, or storm-restoration background preferred—but we will train coachable high-energy rookies.
- Comfortable with door knocking, canvassing, and face-to-face consultative selling.
- Able to climb ladders and inspect residential roofs safely.
- Strong closer and relationship builder—you listen first, then guide customers toward the best solution.
- Organized with basic tech skills—CRM updates, photo uploads, email follow-ups.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable truck/SUV, and smartphone.
- Must pass background check.
